Step 1 Check for utilities

Contact Miss Utilities for: 'Request a Locate' by having all underground utilities located for a single address/residence using Single Address Ticket to ensure nothing is where you would like the pool to go. 

RED lines are underground power which have to be five feet away from the pool 

Overhead power lines must be a minimum of ten feet off to the side.

ORANGE lines are communications such as cox cable or verizon which you can have moved.

YELLOW are gas lines

Step 2 Apply for building permit 

most cities require the following to be submitted 

• Copy of land survey 
• Copy of pool + ladder + pump instructions (PDF's provided under "documents" TAB) 
• Receipt for the pool 
• Electrical permit
